Individuals are assessed for eligibility for program services and are prioritised according to their need. People phone/fax or email through a request for transport and are given a pickup time to be ready. Administration staff schedule passenger journeys to the most appropriate vehicle, route and driver, providing the driver with a run list for the day. The driver, after conducting daily vehicle maintenance checks, proceeds on his journey and meets and greets the passenger at their door to ensure they get safely into the vehicle. The journey continues and the driver delivers passengers to the door of their destination and makes sure they are safely inside.
