The Olive Branch Café Hamilton provides young people with the opportunity to develop hands-on work skills through participating in the operation of a functioning busy café close to Newcastle CBD. The seasonal menu is varied and up-to-date, offering a range of stylish café meals at reasonable prices.
The Café is open Monday to Friday 9am till 2.30pm
About the Training Program
The program provides training and hands on experience from skilled chefs and offers its students Certificate III in Hospitality (SIT30616) which is a Nationally Recognised Training. Those who are dealing with anger, depression and homelessness are referred to the program through school, job agencies and other support agencies.
