Hunter Community Hub (HCH) is a social enterprise providing innovative ways to connect people with their communities.
We are a registered NDIS provider. We have an amazing team of NDIS support coordinators who are very experienced and focused on providing quality service to participants. Our disability support workers provide exceptional service and are matched to participants based on their needs and preferences.
Hunter Community Hub began as an online community directory where you could easily find community information related to the Hunter Valley region of New South Wales. It has quickly grown to employ over 50 staff while retaining our commitment to connecting people with their community.
Our disability support services are designed to meet each individual's unique needs and circumstances. We work closely with participants and their families to develop support plans tailored to the person’s goals, abilities, and preferences. In addition, we provide ongoing support and assistance to ensure that participants can access the supports and services they need and make the most of their NDIS funding.
