Hunter Community Hub is a community-focused social enterprise based in the Hunter region. We create practical opportunities for people to connect, build confidence, develop skills and work towards the life they want.
HCH began as an online community directory, helping people find local organisations, activities and services. While we have grown significantly since then, connecting people with their community remains central to everything we do.
Today, our team provides disability support services including Support Coordination, Psychosocial Recovery Coaching, support workers, employment assistance and community-based social groups.
We take the time to understand each person’s goals, interests, preferences and circumstances. Supports are designed around the individual rather than expecting the individual to fit into a standard service.
Hunter Community Hub is a registered NDIS provider. Our focus, however, extends beyond delivering funded supports. We want people to develop meaningful relationships, participate in ordinary community life and have greater choice and control over their future.
