We can help you navigate the NDIS, identify suitable providers and connect with disability, mainstream and community services that support your goals.
Hunter Community Hub provides Support Coordination across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Maitland, Cessnock and the Lower Hunter. Our mobile coordinators can meet with you at home, in the community or at one of our offices.

We want to let you know about a change to what we charge for kilometres when a support worker transports you. Travel rate increasing to $1.05 per km (effective now) When a support worker transports you, our rate is moving from $1.01 to $1.05 per kilometre, effective immediately.
