We are hiring

We are looking for compassionate, reliable and motivated Disability Support Workers to join our team across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Maitland, Cessnock and Port Stephens.

Our experienced Support Coordinators help you understand your plan, connect with the right services and build confidence managing your supports.

We can help you navigate the NDIS, identify suitable providers and connect with disability, mainstream and community services that support your goals.

Hunter Community Hub provides Support Coordination across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Maitland, Cessnock and the Lower Hunter. Our mobile coordinators can meet with you at home, in the community or at one of our offices.

About Hunter Community Hub

Hunter Community Hub is a community-focused NDIS provider helping people build independence, connections and meaningful lives.

We provide Support Coordination, Psychosocial Recovery Coaching, Disability Support Workers, social groups and other practical supports across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and the Lower Hunter.

Hunter Community Hub began as an online community directory created to make local information easier to find. Since then, we have grown into a multidisciplinary organisation while retaining our original commitment to connecting people with their communities.

Our approach is person-centred, practical and focused on helping each person pursue their goals, develop their skills and take part in the activities and communities that matter to them.
