At Hunter Community Hub, we support people with disability to access safe and reliable transport. Our Transport services provide assistance with getting to appointments, community activities, and other destinations, ensuring participants can maintain independence and stay connected.
We are a registered NDIS provider supporting people across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and the Hunter.

Costs and NDIS funding
Whether your NDIS plan can cover transport depends on your plan and goals. Our team can talk through your options, or your Support Coordinator can help you understand your funding.
When a support worker transports you, our travel rate is $1.05 per kilometre. This is a temporary rate until 28 February 2027. Read more about this rate.
