Reviews specific administrative decisions of NSW government agencies. Monday to Friday: 9.00am to 4.30pm NCAT deals with a broad and diverse range of matters, from tenancy issues and building works, to decisions on guardianship and administrative review of government decisions. Consolidating the work of 22 former tribunals into a single point of access for specialist tribunal services in NSW, NCAT provides services that are prompt, accessible, economical and effective. NCAT has streamlined back-office administration, while retaining the specialist experience and services of the former separate tribunals. NCAT has a timely and cost-effective internal appeals mechanism to enable prompt review of most Tribunal decisions.
