Transport is provided by bus or by car, depending on the type of transport required. Some of our buses are wheelchair accessible with a hoist lifter. Please ring and ask for more information on the types of transport available for your need. Destinations include: Doctors & Specialist Appointments Group shopping Group social outings Hospital visits Medical treatments  Physiotherapy Podiatry ELIGIBILITY The frail-aged and persons with a disability and their carers who live in the Lake Macquarie or Newcastle LGAs. COST Fees are assessed according to distance traveled and type of transport. Arrangements can be made if there is a difficulty with the fee.
