One On One Disability Supports

One-on-one support is centred around you and your needs. We'll start by understanding what you hope to gain from your support and your goals and interests. Based on this information, we'll develop a personalised support plan and get it underway. We understand that circumstances can change, so we'll check in with you regularly to see how things are going and identify any areas that need improvement.

Group Supports

We run several social groups for people with disabilities. These groups are a great way to meet new people, make friends, and have fun.
