Aged Care Assessment Team Continence Clinic Continence Clinical Nurse Consultant Dementia Clinical Nurse Consultant Drug and Alcohol Counselling Footcare clinic with footcare nurses and podiatrist Home Nursing Service Nutrition with dietitian Physiotherapy for house bound clients Psychology Social Work Speech Pathology Nurse Practitioner – Wound Care Hours of Operations The centre is open 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays
