Muloobinba Aboriginal Corporation

Muloobinba Aboriginal Corporation has been established since 1991. The organisation was formed to provide a support service to Aboriginal families and individuals in the Newcastle and surrounding Local Government Areas. Muloobinba is a not for profit, community based organisation that is specific to the needs to Aboriginal individuals and families  Services Intense Family Support Intense Family Support (IFS) Project provides a service for Aboriginal families/individuals with children between the ages of 0—15 years in the Raymond Terrace Community Services boundaries. Referrals for IFS are only received from Family & Community services The Intense Family support Project provides a 12 week intense support program that is provided in the home up to 15 hours per week, with an additional 40 weeks of less intense support. 

Child & Family Support Child & Family Support provides support for Aboriginal families/individuals located in the Newcastle Local Government Area with Children between the ages of 0-12 years.  Young Parenting Support The Parenting Support project provides a service to young Aboriginal families/individuals up to the age of 25 with children between the ages of 0-5 years.  Family Support Project Family Support provides support for Aboriginal families/individuals with children between the ages for 0-8 years. The project is delivered in Newcastle & Lake Macquarie Local Government Areas.  Aboriginal Early Links The Aboriginal Early Links Program provides support to families caring for children between the ages of 0-8 who is suspected of having a disability or developmental delay. The Aboriginal Early Links program covers Newcastle and Lake Macquarie Local Government Areas. The maximum support period is 12 months per family.
